Candidate Journey

  1. Phone Screening

    A friendly chat with our recruiter to discuss the role and your experience. We'll ask a few questions to understand your fit and, if all goes well, set up the next step.

  2. First Interview

    Here, you'll meet either the Hiring Manager or a key team member. It's a chance for a deeper conversation about your professional journey and to tackle some role-specific questions. This session is also your window into our team dynamics and company culture.

  3. Professional Assessment

    Post the first interview, we often ask candidates to showcase their skills through a practical assessment. This could be a home assignment or a task simulation, giving you a taste of the actual work.

  4. Second Interview

    If your first interview was with the Hiring Manager, this round introduces you to a department head or a VP. It's an opportunity to discuss broader aspects of the role and how it fits into the larger company vision.

  5. HR Interview

    At this final step, we’ll delve into your career aspirations and ensure a mutual fit. We also cover any HR-specific queries you might have.
