Responsibilities and Impact

• You'll work alongside a talented team of engineers and play a critical role in designing, building, and launching new capabilities and features that bring significant value to our customers.
• You will engage in the creation and automation of complex user workflows using the latest generative AI technologies, significantly streamlining operations and enhancing user experiences.
• As a key member of our team, you'll also work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to own and solve technical and product problems, end to end. 
• You'll be responsible for everything from architecture, development, deployment and testing of complex event driven system, and backend services.
• Be a part of critical, core system technical decisions.
• You'll be expected to uphold best practices in engineering and design and to continually strive for excellence in all that you do.

• 5+ years of experience in complex Backend systems
• Strong background on DBs architecture, SQL, and data/event pipelines.
• Familiarity with the full life cycle of software development, from design, implementation to testing and deployment
• High standards for code quality and a constructive attitude to help others raise the bar.

• Experience in generative AI, and an ability to leverage these tools to automate complex processes and workflows.
• Experience development SaaS microservices on a cloud based environment.
• Experience with Python
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with event/streaming platforms such as Kafka.
• Experience with Docker and K8s
• Prior knowledge in fintech technology space
